R. Gest

Officer Gest started in Emergency Medical Service where he served for 20 years on an ambulance and as a Jail Medic.  He then became a Deputy for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.  He is currently serving as the Bailiff City of Splendora and patrolman for the police department.  He is part of the Special Response Team, CID Division, Swift Water Rescue Team, Certified Instructor, Court Security Specialist, and Intermediate Emergency Medical Technician.

R. Davis

Officer Davis is a United States Navy Veteran, was a Security Contractor for the US Army in Afghanistan, an Integrity SR Supervisor for the pipeline/oil field industry, and graduated the  police academy and was commissioned in 2012.  He is currently serving within the department as a Patrolman, Evidence Technician, and Field Training Officer (FTO)

H. Mestizo

Officer Mestizo graduated the Police Academy at Houston Community College in 2014 and is the first police officer in his family. He has now been  in law enforcement for 4 years.  He is certified in Swift Water Rescue and is part of the East County Strategic Response Team.  He feels  privileged to serve and protect the community of Splendora and its citizens.

R.H.Culbreth

Officer Culberth along with his Father became the Police Chaplains for Splendora PD before dedicating himself in January 2019 to the Police Academy and joined Splendora PD in June 2019 as a Police Officer. Not only is Office Culberth a Co-Pastor, but also as a Police Officer and Chaplain. It's Officer Culberth's desire to protect, serve and make a difference in someone's life, in the City of Splendora.

D. Santiago

Officer Santiago graduated from the Police Academy in 2017 and chose Splendora as his agency of choice to work for.  He was the Splendora Officer of the Year in 2020 presented by the East Montgomery County Improvement District.

K9 Ordy

Ordy has been with Splendora Police Department since Spring of 2017. He was brought to us by home town hero, Brian Robison, in association with K9s 4 cops.  He has been instrumental in helping get criminals and drugs off our streets.

Tracey Walters

As our Administrative Assistant, Tracey assists with daily record keeping, accounting, and grant solicitation for the department as well as all secretarial duties as assigned.  She has had more than ten years of experience with City government, Economic Development, both Non-Profit and Civic organizations, fundraising and events.
